INITIAL CONSULTATION
I offer a free 15-minute video consultation (meet and greet) for prospective clients. This consultation is a chance for us to get a feel for working together — I'll learn more about what you're looking for from therapy, share how I work, and you can ask important questions. Ultimately, we’re both assessing fit.

I currently only accept private/case pay for therapy services. Sliding scale rates are available on a time-limited basis and determined based on need and client/therapist fit. I am in the process of paneling with several OHP CCOs and in early 2026, will be paneling with several private insurance companies.



OTHER SERVICES
Psychedelic medicine preparation/integration, mediation, compassionate communication coaching, spiritual direction, and consulting services are bundled into client-tailored packages and rates vary. Rates for workshops are workshop-specific.
