INITIAL CONSULTATION
I offer a free 15-minute video consultation (meet and greet) for potential new clients. This consultation is a chance for us to get a feel for working together — I'll learn more about what you're looking for from therapy, share how I work, and you can ask important questions. Ultimately, we’re both assessing fit.


PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES & SLIDING SCALE
60-minute recurring individual therapy session $125
Currently, I am only seeing clients for individual therapy.

I understand that my standard fee may not be accessible for everyone. Sliding scale rates are available and determined based on financial need and availability of reduced-rate spots.
Please note: Beginning in early 2026, I will accept OHP and other insurance plans (details to be determined).

SACRED WITNESSING FOR COUPLES/DYADS
Compassionate communication coaching
60-minute sacred witnessing session: $150
Sacred witnessing (coaching) supports couples in increasing their connection, attunement, and psychological safety by focusing on improving the quality and effectiveness of communication. In addition to providing education, guiding role play, and supporting skill building, couples and dyads learn how to attune (to self and other), self-regulate, and hold a safe space for each other.

OTHER SERVICES
Psychedelic medicine preparation/integration, spiritual direction, and consulting services are bundled into client-tailored packages and rates vary. Rates for workshops are workshop-specific.
