The way you alchemize a soulless world into a sacred world is by treating everyone as if they are sacred until the sacred in them remembers.

Additional Offerings

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer several other forms of support rooted in relational care, compassionate presence, integration, and meaningful transition.

I believe diversity is life-affirming, and these varied offerings reflect my broader commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and communities through the many ways healing, repair, growth, connection, and transformation can unfold. Engaging these different forms of care continually informs and strengthens my foundation as a practitioner, deepening my understanding of the human experience, relationships, change, and what fosters a deeper sense of belonging within the web of life.

These offerings are collaborative and tailored to the unique needs and intentions of clients. I welcome inquiry and conversation around what you are seeking so we can explore a format and approach that feels supportive and aligned. Rates may vary depending on the nature and scope of the work, and further details are available upon inquiry.

Teaching, Workshops & Support Groups

Teaching and group facilitation are growing areas in my work and reflect my interest in holding spaces for shared learning, relational healing, embodiment, and emotional resilience.

Current and future offerings may include:

  • Courses and consultation for therapists (e.g. improvisational attunement, relational presence, and self-of-the-therapist development)

  • Relational and communication-focused groups centered on deep listening, empathy, understanding, and connection

  • Life-stage transition groups (e.g. peri/menopause, midlife, caregiving and the “sandwich generation,” identity shifts, and other significant transitions)

If you would like to be alerted to upcoming workshops, groups, or circles, let me know!

Compassionate Communication

Effective communication is often less about saying the exact right thing and more about learning how to remain connected to ourselves and emotionally present with others during moments of vulnerability, disorientation, conflict, fear, or misunderstanding.

In this work, individuals, dyads, and couples learn to deepen attunement through the practice of sacred witnessing — cultivating the capacity to listen with presence, curiosity, empathy, and care rather than ego, defensiveness, fixing, or reactivity.

Sacred witnessing invites us to slow down enough to genuinely see, hear, and understand one another, let our own guard and defenses down, while remaining grounded in our own experience.

Drawing from relational, somatic, and compassion-centered approaches, this work supports:

  • Healthier conflict navigation

  • Emotional honesty

  • Boundary-setting, sustaining, and respecting

  • Listening and attunement

  • Relational repair

  • Greater clarity and connection

This offering is helpful for individuals, couples, families, friends, and collaborative relationships and is offered one-to-one and in group settings.

Conflict Resolution & Repair

Mediation offers structured, compassionate, and unbiased support for navigating conflict, tension, difficult conversations, and relational impasses.

My approach emphasizes:

  • Emotional safety

  • Mutual understanding

  • Slowing down reactive dynamics

  • Collaborative problem-solving

  • Preserving dignity and humanity within conflict

This work can support anyone seeking greater understanding, repair, and collaborative resolution, particularly those who wish to approach conflict through compassionate, non-litigious means.

Ceremony & Ritual

Ceremony can help us honor moments that profoundly shape a life. Ritual creates space for meaning, witnessing, grief, celebration, transition, and connection. While I warmly welcome traditional ceremonies such as weddings and commitment ceremonies, I also believe that many modern cultures — particularly secular, individualistic, and productivity-driven ones — often overlook the deeply human need for ritual, community, beauty, and shared meaning-making during life’s most significant transitions.

Too often, we are encouraged to white-knuckle experiences that are tender, existential, transformative, or grief-filled when what we most need is care, witnessing, and the feeling of being held by another fully present human (or humans!).

If there is a joyful, meaningful, or tender moment you wish to honor with greater intention, beauty, joy, and presence, I can support your vision and wish by cultivating a container that reflects your values, relationships, and hopes. This may include:

  • Serving as a celebrant for weddings and commitment ceremonies

  • Facilitating rites of passage and threshold moments

  • Supporting life transitions, grief rituals, and meaningful gatherings

My approach is collaborative, relational, whole- and light-hearted, and grounded in authenticity, not performance. I bring to this work a deep respect for transformation and the ever-changing nature of human life — its seasons of budding, blooming, becoming, renewal, loss, and return.

Psychedelic Medicine Preparation & Integration

Psychedelic experiences can open profound psychological, emotional, relational, and spiritual material. Preparation and integration support are highly recommended to ensure an intentional and self-led process that is shaped by grounding, meaning-making, clarity, and a generative integration process following ceremonies.

This work may include:

  • Clarifying intentions

  • Holistic preparation

  • Nervous system support

  • Composting lessons

  • Meaning-making and integration

  • Translating insight into embodied change

This service is supportive and integrative in nature and does not involve the facilitation or provision of psychedelic substances at this time.
