my approach & style
Healing rarely unfolds in a straight line. It can be tender, disorienting, and unexpectedly beautiful. I cultivate therapy that is relational and regenerative, and I’ll meet you with care, curiosity, and steady encouragement as you move through your own process.
My approach is intuitive, sincere, and compassionate. I work in a flexible, organic way, shaped by what emerges in the session rather than a rigid agenda. However, I maintain cords to your goals, hold onto your stories, and will invite and encourage exploration and deepening into the work, supporting you increased capacity for facing and composting pain as well as making ample room for healing that does not have to hurt.
Rather than chasing “the problem,” our work will support your self-insight, wisdom, and growing capacity to trust yourself. We’ll explore patterns, needs, and boundaries that may have been suppressed or overlooked — often shaped by family systems, attachment dynamics, and societal conditioning — and shift them into ways of being that feel authentic, grounded, and life-giving.
My goal is to make therapy a refuge — a restorative container where you will feel safe and supported. At your own pace, I will help you unpack, digest, and integrate the personal, relational, ancestral, and societal burdens you carry, including tending to the sacred wound — the sensitive place where pain and the possibility for transformation meet — with compassion, accountability, and respect.
I’ll walk alongside you as a fellow traveler, with humility, presence, and deep respect for the courage it will take to move toward wholeness.
